Why We Built This Site
North Carolina gives the public broad access to many court records, but Anson County uses a state trial-court system rather than separate county courts. The Clerk of Superior Court keeps court files and certified copies at the Anson County Courthouse. The eCourts Portal handles online searches for public cases, court dates, and eligible payments. The Register of Deeds handles marriage licenses, marriage certificates, birth and death certificates, deeds, and land records. The Sheriff's Office and Jail handle custody and law-enforcement records.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
